SBASolid Black Abroad

Legal information

Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the general basis on which you may use the SBA / SolidBlackAbroad website and request our support services.

About these terms

By using the website or asking us to provide a service, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information. A service enquiry does not by itself require SBA to accept work or create a paid contract. Company No. 14382395. Contact: info@solidblackabroad.com.

Eligibility and information you provide

You must be legally capable of entering into the relevant arrangement. You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you supply are truthful, current, complete and lawfully provided. You must review applications, documents and submissions before use and personally complete identity checks, declarations, CAPTCHA and other steps requiring your direct confirmation.

Service requests, quotes and commencement

Our website describes available support but does not guarantee that every service is suitable or available. The agreed scope, price, delivery expectations and special conditions should be confirmed before paid work begins. Personalised work starts only after the relevant scope and payment arrangements have been agreed and SBA confirms commencement.

Prices, payments and third-party fees

Prices may be fixed, described as “from”, or provided by individual quote. A “from” price is a starting price and may vary with complexity and scope. You must pay through the method and by the date stated in the payment request.

Government, embassy, consulate, visa-centre, university, assessment, translation, courier and other third-party charges are separate unless the quote expressly includes them. Asking prices shown for businesses belong to sellers and are not SBA service fees. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Visa & appointment support

  • SBA is an independent support service and is not an embassy, consulate, government authority or official visa application centre.
  • Decisions remain with the relevant authority or provider.
  • Appointments depend on official-provider availability and can change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee a visa, appointment, processing time or outcome.
  • You remain responsible for truthful information, eligibility, documents, declarations, deadlines and attendance.

Work & opportunity support

  • SBA may research, publish or identify potentially suitable opportunities.
  • Vacancies, criteria and sponsorship positions may change or expire.
  • Employers control recruitment, interviews, offers and sponsorship decisions.
  • We do not guarantee an interview, employment, sponsorship or visa outcome.
  • Registering a work profile is not employment, an employment offer or acceptance by an employer.

University admission support

  • University, course, intake, fee and entry information can change.
  • Institutions make admission and scholarship decisions under their own rules.
  • We do not guarantee an offer, scholarship, intake place or student visa.
  • Tuition, deposits, application fees and institutional charges are separate unless expressly stated.
  • You must confirm important requirements with the relevant institution.

Business marketplace & support

  • Listing information may come from sellers or other third parties.
  • Asking prices are set by sellers.
  • You must obtain independent legal, accounting, tax, financial and commercial advice and perform your own due diligence.
  • Turnover, profit, assets, ownership and other claims must be independently verified.
  • SBA does not guarantee business performance, investment returns or transaction completion.
  • Publication or an internal verification label does not replace professional due diligence.

External providers

Third-party websites, institutions, employers, sellers and providers control their own information, availability, decisions and terms. A link or reference does not mean SBA controls or endorses every aspect of that service. Verify important information directly before relying on it.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The website design, original copy, branding and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use them for personal, lawful evaluation of our services. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, scrape protected information, or use the service for fraud or abuse.

Accounts and security

Where authentication is used, you are responsible for access to your email account, verification links and session. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised. We may suspend access or refuse a submission where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity or protection of users.

Cancellations, refunds and complaints

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the agreed service, work already performed, third-party costs and applicable law. Read our Cancellation & Refund Policy. To complain, email info@solidblackabroad.com with your reference and a clear explanation so we can investigate.

Liability boundaries

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, SBA is not responsible for decisions or failures of independent authorities, institutions, employers, sellers, payment providers or other third parties, or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user. Any other limitation must be applied fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
